It is the responsibility of the individual who has applied for a Royal Foods Online account to ensure that the information provided to Royal Foods is correct. Supplying false or misleading information may result in the rejection of the application.

It is the responsibility of the individual who has been given authority to purchase products on behalf of their company to keep their log in details confidential.

 Change of Employer

It is the responsibility of the individual who has been given authority to purchase products on behalf of their company to notify Royal Foods by email to gourmetqld@royalfoods.com.au or retail@royalfoods.com.au of their termination of employment. Royal Foods accepts no responsibility for the misuse of a Royal Foods Online account by ex-employees of customers.

 Terms of Sale

The individual who has been given authority to purchase products on behalf of their company is bound by the standard terms and conditions of sale between the company and Royal Foods Aust Pty Ltd.

 Accuracy of Information
